* Monitor your Twitter reputation
He makes some great points – a lot of it is common sense, but then again isn’t most marketing and branding stuff? ;)
There’s a good real life example of his problems with Office Depot (evidently they need to read his article as they don’t appear to have done any ‘brand rescue’!).
