I would not pay. There is no fundamental value or content that is worth paying for. A scant bit of the “Tweets” are actionable and/or relevant. More or less interesting to see how other people are thinking, but would not feel a great loss if I get off the plane and could not Tweet about the weather once landing in Seattle. Just not that important to someone in Miami enjoying a clear 85 degree day.
