It’s Friday once more, and that means it’s #followfriday – you might want to read the last couple of #followfriday posts I’ve written to find out more:

If you can’t be bothered to read those, it’s pretty simple – Follow Friday is about sharing with your followers the people you thnk are worth following. That way people find new and interesting people who are worth following.
BUT! Rather than just giving your followers a list of people to folow, it makes it better for everyone if you tell us WHY we should follow someone.
So rather than “#followfriday @person1 @person2 @person3 @person4 @person5″, try “#followfriday @person1 for great PR Tweets, @person2 for Twitter finds, @person3 for time management tips” – hopefully that makes sense!
So, here are a selection of my #followfriday recommendations for today:
- @solentpedal - he’s crossing the Solent (a shipping lane)… on a Saturday … in a duck shaped pedalo – he needs all the support he can get, and it’s for charidee…
- @leighquantrill - she’s the other half of the French NikkiPilkington.com office and without her we’d be even more disorganised! Plus, she’s a weather addict so you’ll always know what the weather is like in Northern France
- @essex_courier & @freight_rescue – they’re a courier company based in Essex. Not just A courier company, THE courier company. I’ve never had anything less than perfect service from them and thanks to them my shiny new HP printer arrived on time!
- @darrenporter - not only did he deliver the aforementioned printer, he brought curry too!
- @blogcrazy - a bit of a cheat, as it’s us, but we’re trying to build followers to help promote blogs that get no comments – see more here.
- @vaserlipo - our favourite Dr, Ravi Jain specialises in non surgical cosmetic enhancement, and tells us all about love handles and manboobs!
- @glanyrafon - this gorgeous pub in North Wales is 450 years old! Does that make it Twitter’s oldest Tweeter?
