What should you use for your Twitter name or ‘handle’?

There’s been discussion in various places about whether it’s best to use your own name, your company name, a product name, or something else – what are your thoughts?

    In hindsight I wish I had used my name as my Twitter handle. When I started out on Twitter I was clueless, now I understand its power a bit better and feel using my name may have been the better option.
