When I got the email I thought “Oh no, not ANOTHER Twitter account management tool” – but as this one has a slightly amusing name – Buzzom - I’ll tell you about it.
On first glance it’s nothing new, but easy to use and has a definite use in that it amalgamates a few key features.
The blurb accompanying their email to me says:
