I’ve been asked this quite a lot recently, and as I have nothing to hide, I thought I’d blog about it 
Recently we’ve added a lot of posts asking for lists of people – copywriters, PR companies, recruiters, Marketing people – and we plan to add a lot more.
And lots of you have emailed me saying “Why are you doing this?” – some of you even think I have some evil master plan
Once again, #followfriday rolls around, and once again I’m hoping to see *reasons* to follow people, not just a random list that gives me no pointers.
Last week I wrote this post entitled #FollowFriday – it’s not just a list, to explain my thoughts on Follow Friday.
For those that haven’t read it and can’t be bothered, a quick recap:

This video, from commoncraft, has been around for a while, but it bears repeat showing.
It explains, in plain English, what Twitter is, and why it’s good to use it. It’s not exactly business focused, but if you know someone who is teetering on the edge (should that be Tweetering on the edge?) of signing up, it may help to illustrate why Twitter is such a good thing.
