To me twitter is about conversation.

Sometimes though, that conversation is one sided. Then along comes a twitter guru who says “you are doing it all wrong, you must engage, you must not broadcast, you must do this, you must do that, but most of all you must be on twitter”. Why would anyone want to open the door of engagement to find out that it’s a lie? it’s not engagement, it’s just another stick to beat a business with, another channel for moaning on…

I think twitter is in danger of turning us into a nation of whingers.
