There’s not much more info on the site, but I did try it out, and it did work.

I can’t see any reason why *I* would want to use Twitter to transfer files, but others might, so this one’s for you :)

Tweets Squared with Tweet Cube

We say:
A great idea, but as all it really does is put a link to your file online, we’re not sure how much use it really has. Probably good if you can’t FTP or upload files anywhere else, but when we tested it, it put apostophes around our Tweet which meant that the URL for our image didn’t work.
Needs a bit of tweaking but could become useful. Currently file size is limited to 10Mb and all files are deleted after 30 days.
