Twitter appears to be a marmite application – you know, you either love it or you hate (probably because you can’t see the point of it all).

Personally, I love it – it’s great on a personal and business level.

As a freelance copywriter, it allows me to broadcast my news, views and opinions to a huge audience so I can reach the parts that other copywriters can’t.

After I posted this post about getting business from Twitter, in various places, someone said to me that it must take a lot of dedication and discipline to get those results from Twitter.

I spoke to a few other people who said that they thought it would take an awful lot of time to achieve any sort of results on twitter that would be useful for their business.

I’ve installed Tweetdeck - this makes it easy to see Tweets – you could install Twitterfox or Twhirl for similar results.
